What? What!!! Whoa! What IS up Dunn County?!?
What? There's a Referendum on the November 8th ballot?!? What is it all about? Dunn County citizens want to know - Ahhh, Indian Summer in November! Soak it Upπ -Festivity Time in Menomonie and beyond
These last couple of weeks I have been confronted by puzzled Dunn Countinites when I mention there is a Referendum on the upcoming November 8th ballot. And it has come to my attention that many of my Dunn County neighbors are unaware of the Referendum that was placed on the back of the ballot in which the majority of Dunn County Board of Supervisors voted βYesβ to put this Referendum on the mid-term election ballot. Sooo, what is the Referendum question in back of Dunn County's ballot on November 8th?? It simply states, βShall Congress and the President of the United States enact into law the creation of a publicly financed, non-profit, national health care insurance program that would fully cover medical care costs for all Americans?β And than below the question is an oval circle with βYesβ and the next line an oval circle with βNoβ. This question is in line of surveying the registered voters in Dunn County whether their FOR federalizing health care or NOT federalizing health care. π€ I strongly suggest to look at the big picture of what's at stake as a Country, a Constitutional Republic when it comes to federalizing health care. Federalizing health care will REMOVE our agency, our individual choice to choose our own doctors, to choose the BEST OPTIONS of treatment, procedure or surgery for you and your loved ones, for YOU to decide what you want or do not want injected into your body. Remember, just a short while ago the federal government placed Big Pharma's so called Covid vaccines (Gene Therapy Jab) MANDATES through pressuring many corporations, educational institutions and medical institutions to either take the jab or else lose your job or student status on campus. And what about those lovely mask MANDATES that even forced many individuals to wear one despite having respiratory, asthma or lung health issues. By the way, we ALL need oxygen!! Apparently, the Federal government believes in a one size fits all approach. A one way or the highway approach. Each and every one of us are unique based on our DNA. Not a single DNA are alike. Even twins and triplets each individually have different DNA composition. We are individuals not robots. Heavenly Father created each and every one of us as special, one-of-a-kind sons and daughters of thee.
Than there is the current Department of Education, our federalization of education. How is that working out for our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in the public school system? If you are unaware of what's going on in our public schools you need to attend school board meetings, read the school district's policies in place, check into what books are currently available and accessible to our children at their public school library. There is a disturbing push to normalize pornography, child mutilation (transgenderism) and the end game, normalizing pedophilia. Satan wants you to think all is well in Zion - IT IS NOT! Please, Please, Please Wake UP!!!
We also need to remember the federal government after 49 years of federalizing abortion normalized murder of the unborn child and up to full term of pregnancy of a child. A mind blowing 63 million + abortions later and a stagnant growth in the United States population of approximately 335 million should be a great concern among all American citizens of the United States. Normalizing the unthinkable is the push from Satan where evil is good and good is evil. We are in a spiritual battle indeed.
Lastly, who is going to be footing the bill of this federalized health insurance program? It is definitely not βFree Health Careβ like many may think. This national health care insurance program is going to fall on the taxpayers. Jeepers! We are already drowning in high property taxes, income taxes, wheel tax, gas tax, capital gains tax and my golly gee you can not leave this earth (mortality exit toll) without paying a death tax!! Basically, our government taxes you and I on what we EARN, on what we BUY and what you OWN. Not to mention inflation is another form of taxation! I do not know about you BUT I surely do not want to pay for national health care insurance that will be mismanaged by our tyrannical federal government.
So before you head out to the polls to vote, make a list of the proβs and con's in regards to federalizing a health care insurance program. Do some research and really put some effort into critically thinking and pondering into this Referendum. π€ And if you are a believer in God Almighty and Jesus Christ, start with a prayer. You will be glad you didπ
Wow! What a way to start out November! With an Indian Summer of sorts. You definitely cannot complain about that 70's type of day! I definitely been seeing an uptick of more bike riders, walkers and yes, runners too. It's especially cool to go out on a picnic on a warm November day or go fishing like itβs summer all over again on the lake, river or creek. I was blessed to enjoy some bluegill from my husband's fishing expedition in Dunn County with a friend. Nothing like fresh fish to eat on a warm November day! And I truly am blessed to have these rare warm days so I can enjoy the great outdoors while staining my red cedar shakes before installing them onto the exterior portions of our home. I hope you took advantage of this week's Indian Summer Days in November. Next week we will still see some temperatures in the 50's and 60's before dropping into the 30's the week of November 13th. I believe the deer hunter's prefer the colder climate verses warmer climate with Wisconsin's traditional gun deer season fast approaching. By then, I will be ready for colder weather so I can enjoy the great indoors at the Mabel Tainter Holiday Artisan Markert held at Mabel Tainter Theater on November 18th and 19th. Nothing like a Happy Hunter Widow Weekendπ
When I think of deer hunting season, I also think about the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas festivities to both enjoy and endure. For me, I like putting on an extravaganza of a feast for our big family. Two kinds of meat, many side dishes along with desserts to bring the family together and put smiles on their faces. When the feast was enjoyed and each of our childrenβs families depart back to their own homes , itβs time to enjoy the festivities offered in Menomonie and beyond. What? What!!! Whoa! What IS up Dunn County?!?
It looks like both Tuba Christmas (about 40 tubas playing Christmas Carols) and St. Joes' Cookie Walk (buy homemade Christmas treats buy the pound) are returning this year post-COVID.
