HEY🌞Hey⛈Hey👨⚕️What's Up Dunn County!
July Just Jolted On By - Something about storm watching on the Front Porch - Is Your Back Out of Wack? Try Greenwood Chiropratic😃
It is so hard to believe that August is here! Like, no way hosay! July seemed to just jolt on by. I suppose with all those summer fun activities with family and friends, it's no wonder July just jolted on by with Fourth of July picnics, baseball games, fireworks, Northern Wisconsin State Fair, catching races at the speedway, Music Over Menomin at the library, the Farmer's Market, family reunions. Ladies Night Out, walking, biking and hiking in the great outdoors along with gardening and the Dunn County Fair to wrap up the jolly month of July. I guess for me, July was filled with many joyful moments as well as a sense of peace when I joined the youth in my church for a temple trip. I learned when things get crazy I need to focus on the Savior, Jesus Christ to give me a sense of peace knowing that He has my back and will always give me the extra strength I need to get through those lovely hurdles that block my way to accomplish my many tasks at hand and current projects. It's empowering to know you can do all things through Jesus Christ. With that being said, I hope August will be more simplified with a clear sense of direction. Less confusion with more clarity. A time to focus on the things that truly matter most in your life. A time for bonding with your creator, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, with your family and your many Dunn County neighbors. May you truly have an Amazing August😎
Sunday night was quite interesting while the night was rolling in, so was a good ole fashion thunderstorm. And where is a good place to be a spectator of the upcoming attraction? On the front porch, of course! There is something intriguing about thunderstorms. You really do not know what it is going to throw at you until the very last second when those heavy dark clouds arrive in your neighborhood. Will it show off bolts of lightning with big booms of thunder just like a Fireworks display. Or will it just be a couple booms than give a good soaker for the gardens, flowers, grass and trees to thrive on. But I have a tendency to look up in the sky for funnel cloud formations that could potentially turn into a tornado. I guess I have watched the movie, “Twister” too many times. It gets into your psyche, if you know what I mean?🤪 Than you have the possibility of hail and high winds which also means yard cleanup and assessing damage to the garden and home. I have even found the Weather Channel not to be too predictable when it comes to those upcoming storms rolling in. So you are bound to have those surprise thunderstorm packages that will bring you either a no show or a full blown thriller! Sunday night's thunderstorm package in the city of Menomonie was a lightning show with rolling thunder that was quite consistent with a very good dose of rain. It truly matched the description of a Good Ole Fashion Thunderstorm⛈
